Where we ship
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Sweden. If your country is not offered at checkout we cannot deliver to it at present.
Delivery options and cost
The delivery services available for your address, and their cost, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Delivery charges are not included in product prices and there is no free-delivery threshold.
Dispatch and delivery times
Where payment is made by bank transfer or payment link, your order is dispatched after payment is received. Delivery times depend on the service and destination; we will email you when your order is dispatched.
Customs and duties
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs checks in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or delivery charge.
Problems with a delivery
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, contact support@ablabsonline.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the courier.
