You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by emailing support@ablabsonline.co.uk with your order number. Any payment already received is refunded in full to the account or method it was paid from.
You may return a product within 14 days of delivery provided it is unopened, unused and its seal is intact. Email us with your order number before sending anything back and we will confirm the return address; return postage is at your cost unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Research compounds that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned or refunded, because once a seal is broken we can no longer verify the integrity of the material. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
If a product arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not the product you ordered, contact support@ablabsonline.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including the original delivery charge and reasonable return postage.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or of your cancellation, if the order had not been dispatched) to the account or method the order was paid from. We will email you when the refund is sent.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
